Janet is a multi-award-winning internal communications specialist, with 12 years’ experience in the profession spanning the public and charity sectors. Currently working in transformation communications at the Home Office, Janet previously worked at The Office of the Public Guardian, where she led her team to win Best Internal Communications Campaign at Comms 2point0 national industry awards (2019).
Louisa Heaven
Louisa is a Senior Internal Communications Manager at Nestlé with 20 years’ experience and is passionate about the power of storytelling and employee engagement. She has developed internal communications strategies that engage employees with organisational priorities by inspiring and connecting them to the belief and vision of their business. Prior to Nestlé Louisa held a senior internal communications role at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
Molly Haynes
Molly spent 15 years writing and editing for consumer and contract publications before moving global marketing nearly five years ago. She’s now Head of Content for Worley, an industrial engineering solutions company. Molly is deaf and in her spare time campaigns for better accessibility for D/deaf people.
Rob Jones
Rob Jones is co-founder and content director of creative agency Artful Dog. He has more than 20 years’ experience in internal comms – writing and editing articles and publications, online content, reports and other campaign materials, and supporting clients with their IC strategies. He is the editor of IoIC’s membership magazine, Voice.
Sarah Turton
Sarah’s Director of Group Communications & Engagement for Civica - the UK’s largest software company focused on the public sector. With a combined 23 years’ experience as a marketing and CIIC accredited professional, she’s passionate about elevating employees’ purpose and experience through interaction and ‘the written word’ and delighted to join the IoIC Advisory Board.
Terrence McDonald
Terrence is the Head of Client & Colleague Experience at Legal & General Investment Managers (LGIM). He’s worked in Financial Services for two decades, the majority of which have been in a Communication & Engagement Manager role. Terrence was recently promoted to the role of Head of Client & Colleague Experience, and now oversees Internal Communication & Engagement, External Customer Communication and Learning & Development teams for LGIM Retail Operations.
