The IoIC is proud to work with a number of valued sponsors.
In this section we give them the space to tell us a little more about themselves and the work they do.
The IC Index is a first-of-its-kind UK-wide study to understand the role effective internal communication plays in our working lives. Surveying 3,000 employees within organisations of more than 500 staff, researchers found almost two-thirds of respondents felt internal communication makes a positive difference to employee engagement. This, unsurprisingly, has a knock-on effect, yielding higher trust in CEO communication and reduced employee flight risk.
Launched on the 5th July, the first ever IC Index - a ground-breaking research study, in partnership with Ipsos Karian and Box, delves into the strategic impact of internal communication on organisations from an employees' perspective. This webinar gave a comprehensive outline of the study’s findings, insights and implications for employers.
In partnership with Ipsos Karian and Box, the IoIC have launched the first ever IC Index, a report offering valuable insights into internal communication practices…from the eyes of employees.
We are pleased to release further data from the IC Index, using data gathered from 3,000 UK workers in March this year, this report examines the key push and pull factors that are most important to employees when considering their existing and potential employers.
