Aimed at experienced communication professionals, this highly interactive training focusses on deepening knowledge, skills and insight, helping participants to take a further step in their own development and attain a more profound understanding and advanced skill level in effective change communications.  

The course will also provide delegates with the opportunity to apply new skills and techniques to their very own change scenario. 

Who should attend?

This course is designed for professionals working at level 3 and above of the Profession Map with prior experience and knowledge regarding change communication.

It is also suitable for past participants of our Communicating Change Course.

Learning Objectives: 

By the end of the course, delegates will: 

• Be able to apply the unique Holistic Formula® with its diverse types of intelligence to plan, prepare and implement change communications more strategically
• Have valuable new insight into coaching principles that help them to call truth to power and influence senior leaders to become true advocates of change
• Be better equipped to collaborate with and play to their strengths as part of change management teams as well as support people/direct manager in implementing change
• Be able to recognise and pro-actively influence the three common change-avers and resisting mindsets
• Understand how to support and drive change by using specific negotiation skills.

The course will cover: 

Part One (19th May, 13:30 - 16:30)

Part Two (20th May, 13:30 - 16:30)

• The Holistic Formula®, the new and unique approach for a more strategic and impactful change communications
• How to manage and coach up with confidence and across hierarchies to support senior managers in leading the change
• Psychological methodologies and frameworks, such as Nudge Theory and Five Cognitive Biases, to shift mindsets and encourage new behaviour
• The opportunity for each delegate to test-drive the holistic approach (SQ map) by applying it to a change initiative and potential challenge in their own organisation.
