Communicating Change

Communicating Change

Change is one of the few guarantees in life and therefore also in business. Never has this been more true than at the present time.

While organisations face change to adjust to internal or external forces, people often resist the sense of uncertainty and fear loss of control. Communicating change effectively - including the reason behind it, the goals, and the benefits - is critical to the success of any change initiative.

This highly interactive  virtual course will equip IC professionals with new knowledge around the theories which underpin successful change management communications, and will provide attendees with the opportunity to apply new skills and techniques to a real-life change scenario in a safe environment.

Who should attend?

This course has been designed with anyone in mind who has responsibility for managing or supporting internal communication and employee engagement around a change programme - no matter if they are facing a team, departmental or organisational change initiative.

It is most suitable for those working around level two of the Profession Map.

The course is aligned to the 'Understanding People and Cultures' Profession Area of the map, as well as 'Strategy, Planning and Business Acumen' and 'Channel and Community Management'.
