This course will explore how internal communicators can effectively communicate with their harder-to-reach colleagues. 

Building and maintaining an informed, connected and engaged workforce is essential for successful organisations, however reaching colleagues who are non desk-based, remote, dispersed or disengaged can be challenging.

This half-day training will provide expert guidance and proven strategies for understanding and communicating with your hard-to-reach colleagues, including building insights, using data, channel selection and use and techniques for driving engagement. 

The session will also ensure you are able to measure and evaluate the success of your communications, using these insights to progress and demonstrate impact.
