This workshop will explore a human-centred approach to internal communication - helping you to put your people at the heart of your communication design.
In a rapidly changing world and organisational landscape, the course will consider how internal communicators can drive performance and productivity by designing communication experiences that are right for their people and the work they do, and that truly align to their organisation’s culture, purpose and values.
Designed and delivered by the author of EX by Design: How to Create an Effective EX for Competitive Advantage, this workshop is a guaranteed way to get up to speed with this new and impactful approach to internal communication.
