This virtual one-day course will explore the dynamics of influencing people, starting with analysing stakeholders and determining the right way to engage with the right people. You will learn and practice how psychology, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills will help you to communicate with impact, even when communications might be limited to virtual channels.
