This virtual course delivered over two sessions is packed with tips, techniques and the opportunity to learn from expert course tutor, Liz Cochrane, as well as fellow participants.
Explore both the 'What?' and 'Why?' of communication so you can pack a punch and deliver added value communication.
This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in your first internal communication role and give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice.

- Understanding the difference between strategies, plans and policies
- The importance of understanding people and cultures
- Good practice writing and introduction to rhetoric
- Rich and lean media, and when to use each: Understanding the role and purpose of communication channels
- Introduction to research and measurement techniques
- Building and developing relationships with stakeholders
- Action planning and professional development
