Anecdotal evidence shows that many internal communications professionals currently don’t feel confident using behavioural science in their communications practice, so we have invited some expert guest speakers to share their insights and advice. The discussion will cover key behavioural science models and how to build your expertise in this area, case studies and the ethical implications we need to consider.

This event is designed primarily for those at (or aspiring to be at) levels 3 and 4 of the IoIC Profession Map.
