The Language of Leadership - Demonstrating and Delivering Real Business Value
The Language of Leadership - Demonstrating and Delivering Real Business Value
Using internal communication to maximise performance, realise potential and raise productivity
Improving business performance is high on every senior leader’s to do list. But it’s tough - Gallup state in their 2024 ‘State of the Global Workplace’ report that only 15% workers worldwide are engaged at work.
In the UK especially, productivity is falling, it’s hard to get people with the right skills and many workers are running on empty. Organisations need to do things differently to survive and compete.
This is good news for internal communicators as it is an unmissable opportunity to have real business impact. As we know effective internal communication is key to better performance - it provides focus, reduces complexity and ensures people are – and feel - involved and heard.
This 3-week coaching and learning programme will equip communicators with the skills and confidence required to seize this opportunity. It will enable them to have the right conversations with leaders, identify and pull the levers of high performance and do what’s needed to deliver real business benefit.
Who should attend?
The course is best suited to those working around Level 3 and above of the Profession Map who are looking to further develop the role of internal communication in driving forward business performance and success.
