An exclusive, free training session for IoIC members. 

Delivered by Dr David Brown from Heriot Watt University, this session will explore sustainability and the vital role internal communication plays in instilling and embedding sustainability. 

The session will be interactive and there will also be the opportunity for questions, comments and observations. 

Overall the session will cover: 

1. Defining sustainability

2. Sustainability and the organisation

3. The role of employees

4. The role of internal communication

5. Suggested practice for communicators.

• A greater awareness of the role IC can play in embedding a sustainability mindset
• Understanding employees and sustainability including modelling behaviours, value co-creation and taking an 'inside-out' approach
• Suggested practices to takeaway/apply in your organisation.

Who is the training for?

This training is designed for IoIC Members who would like to learn more about sustainability and the role of internal communication. 

The session will provide members with 2 CPD Points.
