Voice Talks: Generational Differences
Voice Talks: Generational Differences
In this insightful webinar, we will explore the needs and preferences of the four generations in our workplaces–boomers, gen x, millennials and gen z. What are the key differences in how they digest content and collaborate, and how are these shaping workplace communication and culture?
We’ll dive into how formative experiences influence tech adoption, attention spans and content preferences across generations. We’ll share ideas for how internal comms professionals can balance traditional and digital approaches, to be inclusive of everyone in the organisation.
Importantly, we’ll consider what we can learn from other generations and their influences to take advantage of our varying perspectives and work in harmony, rather than see differences as barriers or frustrations.
We’re delighted to be joined by:
-
Dr Paul Redmond, Writer, Speaker, and Researcher; and Director of Student Experience and Enhancement, University of Liverpool (and keynote speaker at the IoIC Festival 2024)
-
Neena Dominic, Internal Comms Leader
-
May Flanagan, Internal Change Communications Director, Flanagan Communications
-
Sam Webster, Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, Benefex
In a conversation facilitated by Rob Jones, Co-Founder & Content Director, Artful Dog.
