She is a programs coordinator at Digital Frontiers Institute, coordinating an Inclusive Finance initiative that seeks to train young girls in DFS. A CIPR accredited PR practitioner and certified digital finance practitioner, she leverages her expertise in PR & marketing communications to enhance brand visibility and deliver impactful communication strategies across industries.

A firm believer in the powerful synergy between HR and internal communication, she draws on her deep expertise to build trust, foster engagement, and drive meaningful change – always with kindness at the heart of her work.

Murray Phair

Group Head of Internal Communications, M&G plc

Murray is the Group Head of Internal Communications at M&G plc, a FTSE100 savings and investment business. He started his career on the BT graduate scheme, spending around six years in HR Business Partner roles, before trying his hand at communications. He business partnered various BT Group functions for a few years before moving into Openreach to lead on communications for around 17,000 field engineers across the UK. He joined M&G in 2019, and took over the leadership of the team in 2023.
