Danielle has over 20 years of experience in various academic and professional services in further and higher education. Danielle is the director of Dorcas Inclusive Education Consultancy, supporting organisations in advancing race equity. Danielle is currently employed by The Church of England as the National Anti-Racist Learning and Development Specialist and is a doctoral candidate at Lancaster University. Her thesis explores developing a decolonial praxis curriculum framework.
Amraze (He/Him) is the EDI manager for Manchester Metropolitan University where heheads up the EDI team, leads on the development and delivery of core strategicprogrammes and provides expertise and guidance to senior leaders across theinstitution.His background is from across the NHS, Civil Service and Local Authority, whereAmraze initially worked across senior roles in marketing and communications.
An exiled Scotsman, Ian has spent his career working on environmental and public healthissues–and the socioeconomic policies that underpin them–from community tointernational levels. Starting his career as an environmental health officer with Carlisle CityCouncil, he has worked for Edinburgh City Council, the Health and Safety Executive, theChartered Institute of Environmental Health, The World Health Organisation, the UK PublicHealth Association, Groundwork UK and STaR Procurement.More recently he led the GCBusiness Growth Hub’s priority sector development and relationship management activities,before becoming the Director of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter–a keyMayoral priority initiative established in 2019.
Author of Visible Justice: An LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Handbook, Christopher holds a PhD insystemic oppression and has published articles in intersectionality, feminism, social change and queer resistance. They are writing a book on anti-oppression for Routledge. At Manchester Pride, they deliver the All Equals Charter, an intersectional LGBTQ+ inclusion programme.
Luke is the employee experience manager at Northern Trains, having held various internal communications and employee experience roles across the rail industry as well as in global security organisations. Luke has over 10 years' experience of professional communications management, and is the IoIC Network Lead for the North region, having started his career in the energy industry in 2011.
Tsara has worked in internal communications for 18 years. She now applies her knowledge of in-house best practice to support Ipsos Karian and Box clients with their IC measurement, strategies and campaigns–as well as working on the IC Index. She is a chartered member and mentor with the IoIC.
In 2022, Scott founded All 4 Inclusion, a social enterprise with a mission to reduce loneliness within the disability community. This is done through online groups building communities. This has recently been progressed with the All 4 Inclusion mobile app where Scott is looking to bring different disability themed resources into one place as well as a forum and blogs.
