IoIC Festival 2025

We are excited to be bringing back the IoIC Festival in 2025, where internal communication professionals come together to Connect, Inspire and Learn.

What is it?

The IoIC Festival 2025 is our opportunity to come together as a community to share experiences, inspire each other and collectively work to take these opportunities forward.  It has never been more important to communicate with clarity and authenticity, to enable shared meaning and understanding, facilitate conversation, provide feedback, and build communication that drives positive change and action which sees our people and organisations thrive.

The IoIC Festival takes place over two days at a beautiful farm with lots of spaces to learn, explore and connect.  Over the two days you can expect content and activities across 5 zones with over 60 speakers and over 300 attendees.  It is the event for internal communication, to come together in a safe space to connect and learn with your peers, rich with ideas and inspiration. There is no event like it for internal communicators, so make sure to be part of it!

Why attend?

The shape, nature and construct of work is changing in the 2020s and the role and responsibilities of internal communication needs to evolve in step. 

The trends shaping work range from the impact of AI and technology, the need to create sustainable, responsible & purpose driven organisations, to the changing nature of employment and what work means and feels like.  

Internal communication binds all these experiences together and is central to how we create meaning, understanding, change and community. We have the opportunity to guide leaders and stakeholders to consider the impact of their decisions on their people and therefore the organisations performance.  What we say and do has never been more important.

The IoIC Festival 2025 is our opportunity to come together as a community to share these experiences, inspire each other and collectively work to take these opportunities forward. 

It is also an opportunity to share our thinking, debate the important issues we're all facing and ensue we are at the forefront of positive action that impacts us all. 

Where and when?

We will be holding the Festival from Wednesday 18 to Thursday 19 June in the Hertfordshire countryside at Tewinbury near Welwyn Garden City.

Once again, you will get to choose the content you want to see and hear across our Festival zones: leading-edge thinkers, insight and practical sessions that will help you in your role. There will also be lots of opportunities to talk and problem-solve with each other, as well as having some fun along the way too.
