We are very excited to be holding the IoIC Festival 2025 at Tewinbury Farm.
What was a rustic farm is now the characterful 700-acre estate of Tewinbury. Originally a dairy farm, Tewinbury has been home to the Williams family since 1931, when they moved in with their herd of 50 cows. The grounds are still farmed and owned by members of the family, and the team are proud of their farming roots. As demand for the venue grew, they continued to renovate the hotel and made sure to retain plenty of original farm features throughout. Today, Tewinbury is a much-loved meeting place - home to rural rooms, farm-to-fork restaurants, and plenty of meeting places.
There are fantastic transport links. You can catch a train from London Kings Cross to either Welwyn North station or Welwyn Garden City station and arrive in 30 minutes. You can plan your rail journey and get live train running times, accessibility, and facility info on Trainline.
If you are planning to drive the venue, then Gocompare, have designed a fuel price calculator and guidance to help drivers plan ahead for any journey and cut down on fuel use, you can access it here.
It’s then a short 5/10-minute taxi ride from both stations. If you’re driving, Tewinbury is just off the B1000 and it has plenty of free guest parking spaces, including disabled spaces. There’s also a bike rack for you to leave your bike if you are cycling.
All the rooms in which the Festival is taking place are all either ground level or on the first floor, with a fully accessible lift.
We do have an exclusive accomodation rate with Tewinbury, details of how to book will be sent when you book your pass. There are also many local hotels.
See the venue's website here.
Secure your pass at Early Bird rates, ends on Friday 20 December!
The range of companies represented and variety of topics to engage with was fantastic. The opportunity to create your own agenda was great, venue was brilliant and I came away feeling energised.
