A podcast can be a useful, effective and authentic way of talking directly to colleagues. This training course introduces you to everything you need to know if you’ve ever wondered about using podcasting in your internal communications. It will give you an introduction and an overview of how to get started with your own podcast, from planning and equipment to recording and editing.

This Masterclass will cover what works, what doesn’t, the risks, the opportunities and most importantly, the benefits of AI for the world of internal communication. The session will also demonstrate best practice prompting using common tools. The session will be delivered by Tim Cook, AI Expert and former UK Government Advisor.

Many internal changes are driven by technology, process and digitalisation.
