Next course: Tuesday 4 March to Friday 9 May 2025.

FastTrack is a 10-week online programme designed to develop knowledge and confidence for those early in their internal communication careers, or those looking to refresh their approach and discover new ways of working.

Taking a specialist coaching and learning approach, the course explores the key principles of internal communication and supports the development of an effective, individual and meaningful communication approach.

With a focus on personal development, the programme encourages you to to discover your own strengths and values, develop a confidence mindset and equip yourself with a resilience toolkit to support you in your IC career.

Group coaching calls provide the opportunity to share learnings and experiences, bounce ideas and build strong connections as future internal communication practitioners.

Overall the course will support you to create your own IC roadmap within the framework of core IC principles, centring on your role, approach and personal development ambitions, as well as helping you to discover new ways of thinking and working.

FastTrack was an inspiring and motivational course. I would recommend it to anyone starting out or changing direction.
