Influence and Impact for Internal Communicators

This virtual course will explore how people interact, what makes you a trusted communicator, and how psychology, emotional intelligence, neuro and cognitive diversity allow you to build and maintain trust.
Activating People Managers as Communicators
This two-part interactive and practical virtual course will equip internal communicators with the knowledge, skills and tools they need connect with, and activate the communication power of, people managers. The programme will also support attendees with overcoming key challenges internal communicators face when working with people managers, the principles of providing feedback to support communication development, and building trust and compassion in manager-led communications.
Communication Planning
This two-part virtual learning programme takes an in-depth look at the principles and practice of good practice communication planning in the context of organisational change, equipping participants with a robust process. This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to successfully plan your internal communications and give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice.
