Mr Daniel Holden

I'm a Communication Consultant at All Things IC, providing consultancy, training, mentoring and coaching for internal communicators and organisations across the globe.

Since starting my communication career in 2014, I've specialised in internal communication, working in various sectors including aviation, defence, charity and manufacturing, during all of which I've supported colleagues working remotely.

I love our profession and beyond my role with All Things IC, I've been an active member of national and international committees, including two years as Chair of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) sub-group Inside in 2021-22. I currently volunteer for the Royal Air Force Air Cadets as their Internal Communication Lead and run The Internal Communicators' Community, an online community group for IC professionals.

I'm a big advocate of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). I was awarded Chartered PR Practitioner status in 2020 and received a Fellowship of the CIPR in 2022 and I'm a Certified Member of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC). In 2022 I qualified as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and became an EMCC Accredited Coach / Mentor at the Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I enjoy helping communicators and their teams identify solutions to overcome their IC challenges.

I live in the North Cotswolds and spend my spare time at with the local archery club and swimming.
