Helping employees with disabilities thrive in the workplace
Our colleagues with disabilities often need adjustments to ensure they are not disadvantaged at work. These are sometimes small and inexpensive changes, but they may not be obvious and can vary greatly. Businesses can do much more to make sure employees feel supported at work and safe to speak up about their needs.
