These new appointments are a clear indication of our community's commitment to advancing the field of internal communication. The fresh perspectives and energy that these board directors bring will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing efforts to achieve our strategic goals and serve our members better.

Suzanne Peck, president of IoIC, said: “This year we had a very high number of high calibre candidates. We are delighted that so many people consider the IoIC as the professional body to be part of and to be involved in, and we want to say a big thank everyone who took the time to put themselves forward for the Board.

“I’d like to congratulate the three new Board members and say ‘welcome to the team’ – we’re looking forward to working with you!”

The IoIC Board is fundamental to guiding the strategic direction of the Institute, as well as representing the needs of the membership and advocating for the internal communication profession and its impact on organisations and working lives.

IoIC has experienced fantastic growth, and the future is bright," adds Jennifer Sproul, chief executive of IoIC. "The fact that so many individuals stood for board positions is a testament to our members' strong desire to elevate our voice and community. I am really looking forward to the new board directors bringing their ideas and enthusiasm to help keep us driving forward."
