Your speaking voice is your most powerful communication tool, yet for most of us we give it almost no thought (unless something goes wrong). Our focus is usually on WHAT we’re saying (facts, figures and data), not HOW we’re saying it (clarity, freedom, expression and authenticity).
This is not about changing your accent but about allowing your true voice to emerge, so you can feel more confident and communicate more authentically.
In this interactive session Anouska will be sharing more about how we hold our voice back, why we hold our voice back and some practical ways you can begin to allow your true powerful voice to emerge. Come prepared to explore your voice and have some fun!
Three takeaways from the session:
- How we hold our voice back
- Why we hold our voice back
- How to begin to free our voice and be heard
