Case Study

How do you make career development the number one reason that employees stay in your organisation? That's the bold ambition set by the MCAPS Academy at Microsoft and why they partnered with Forty1 to embrace the power of science and creativity to make that ambition a reality.

MCAPS Shape was an interactive, shared experience designed to spark a different conversation about career development. With more than 500 "Shapers" from across the world taking part, the team were able to capture unique perspectives on what it takes to grow a rich and rewarding  career in Microsoft.  Combining these insights with the power of behavioural science and some cut through creativity, the team have now launched a suite of innovative career products, fostered an active community of advocates and designed a campaign to help challenge perceptions of what a great career looks like in the future of work.
