Before embarking on her present role at Dentsu, Pauline worked for several years in the talent development sector for Lloyds of London. She is also known for her two decades of experience in the banking sector, and it was her experience with racism and discrimination that surged her motivation to speak out against workplace discrimination.
Pauline now dedicates much of her time for several local and national organisations and is at the forefront of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
