Nicky has 30 years’ experience in Internal Communication. Having worked in-house as a communicator for 10 years prior to joining HarknessKennett, she really understands the work you do. Nicky has a substantial network of IC pros formed over the last two decades of consulting and values the enduring relationships she has built with clients and candidates alike. Nicky works with a broad range of clients from FTSE 100’s to not-for-profits, providing consultancy and research and developing resourcing strategies. She also leads the development of HarknessKennett’s networking events and has recently completed her Masters in Internal Communication Management.
