At Royal Mail, we’d already rolled out and begun to integrate their new EVP: We Deliver More. We then worked with function heads to develop separate positions for new objections. One of which was to draw the line under problematic behaviour at Royal Mail - from sexual harassment to racially motivated bullying. We’ll show you how we set out a position, connected it back to the EVP and then built a powerful video-based campaign to help to identify poor behaviours in potentially grey areas that the business was no longer willing to accept, in real-life, Royal Mail-centred experience what would resonate with the whole organisation.
