Claudia Hoareau Gichuhi is a multilingual ESG professional currently serving as chair of the boards of directors of both Black & Irish and The Irish Network Against Racism – INAR. She has also recently been appointed onto the Equality Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board for the Irish Public Appointment Service – public jobs.
She is an experienced leader, speaker, creative and mentor, specialising in diversity, equity and inclusion, with significant expertise in anti-racism and bias as well as fairness and bias in AI, across various sectors. Her work focuses on how to embed equity and inclusion into how we work and ensure its impact, effectiveness and sustainability. Claudia is also a trusted partner working with media to increase diverse representation on Irish screens, airwaves and print media.
