In 2023, Primark launched a new cultural framework, which outlined the values and behaviours essential for building an EPIC work environment, where Every Person Impacts Culture. Developed with input from 300+ colleagues to ensure the values and behaviours felt relatable and authentic, a key objective of the communications and engagement plan was to help 80,000 colleagues understand that all their individual actions contribute to a culture everyone is proud of, and that empowers all colleagues to do their best work.
