It is estimated that between 15 – 20% of people in the UK are neurodivergent. As awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace grows, how do you ensure you are engaging and empowering your neurodivergent workforce?

Join a conversation between Rachel Miller, Founder of All Things IC, and Adele McIntosh, VP Internal Comms and Community at Arm, exploring what Arm is doing to support its neurodivergent employees and ensure they are set up for success. Rachel and Adele will offer practical advice on how to create an environment that allows employees who are neurodivergent to thrive.

Three takeaways from the session:

  1. Listen to your neurodivergent employees and consult them on big ticket items/comms
  2. Have a senior sponsor that can champion your neurodivergent employees and drive change
  3. There are lots of areas where you can do to support your neurodivergent employees, and it can seem overwhelming. Start with the low-hanging fruit as this can make a big difference
