Join Emma Bridger and Lee Smith, co-founders of The EX Space, for an engaging and interactive session exploring insights from their upcoming book, People-First Internal Communication (Kogan Page).
As Gen AI reshapes the workplace, internal communication (IC) stands at a crossroads: adapt or risk becoming obsolete. Employees now demand a consumer-grade IC experience, while traditional IC tasks are becoming increasingly automated. So, where does that leave us?
Emma and Lee argue that the future of IC lies in collaborating with AI while doubling down on what makes us uniquely human; empathy, creativity, connection and co-creation. This session will challenge your thinking and provide useful lessons to help you reimagine your approach.
Three takeaways from the session:
- The future of IC – Why IC must evolve and why a people-first approach is key
- Practical tools & mindsets – learn actionable models and strategies from People-First Internal Communication.
- Embracing AI & human-centric IC – Discover how to utilise AI while keeping employees at the heart of your strategy
It’s time to futureproof your IC career, embrace new ways of working, harness AI, and refocus on the people who truly matter.
